Take a hands-on approach to the tools and techniques that depth psychologists use to access, restore, and support our relationship with the natural processes of change.
Why are we here? How can we live fulfilled, meaningful lives? Why do we suffer? How do we build a truly connected, inclusive community? The most important questions in our lives do not have simple answers. Often we have to live our way into those answers over a long time – they can’t be found in five easy steps in a YouTube video. And we need people and perspectives different from our own to support us in the process.
We often hear inner voices telling us to “grow stronger”, “be smarter”, “fix yourself”. We don’t always know if the voices we hear are our own, or if they even have our best interests at heart. But when our worlds are turned upside-down by changes outside of our control – changes that, perhaps, can’t be undone – we have to know how to listen for the voice that calls for change. Sometimes, the only way forward is the way of inner transformation.
