In continued partnership with the Jung Center’s Mind Body Spirit Institute, Asia Society Texas invites guests for a morning of tai chi at ‘Heat Silhouette,’ the new public art installation and pavilion from artists Rafael Domenech and Tomas Vu.
In this second program of a series of wellness events, join tai chi instructor Dr. Bing You for a lesson in the guidance of mind and body through the flow of each movement, and train your form to maintain strength, balance, and flexibility. Lessons will be held outdoors on the ‘Rafael Domenech and Tomas Vu: Heat Silhouette’ pavilion at the intersection of Oakdale and Caroline Streets. Please dress appropriately for the weather.
