Vision Board Workshop

Join us in the Arts District for a fun way to kick-off 2024! In partnership with Fresh Arts, you’re invited to join us for a Vision Board Workshop led by artist & yoga instructor Nicole Peralta at Love Dance Studio from 6-8 PM. We’ll kick off the session with a grounding meditation & intention setting with Drea the Artist. Then, we’ll learn various ways to make a vision board: the combination of putting words, images and sketches in one place. This class will focus on the creative process: meditation with singing bowls with Drea (20 minutes), writing prompts & instruction with Nicole (20 minutes) and ending in the creation of your vision board (75 minutes).
