Join us as we develop an awareness of our breath, and explore utilizing visualization, sound, and movement to draw the experience of meditation into our bodies. Together, we will take time to discuss and integrate the sense of wholeness developed through these group practices, to help with the hard work of connecting to what resonates with your inner being.
