Practicing the forms of tai chi and breath coordination is a tranquil way to focus your mind, achieve physical and mental balance, and gain vital energies.
The teacher is George Ling Hu, a member of the Chinese Tai Chi Chuan Association, the National Kuo Shu Association of Taiwan, and the Taiwan Yoga Association. He teaches an internal style of martial arts.
