Think classical musicians have no sense of humor? With in-depth knowledge and barbed wit, concert comedienne Anna Russell affectionately satirized “classical” music and its more pretentious practitioners, and her work is still beloved 70 years later.

Join pianist Roger Keele and singers Nathan Holmes (baritone), Jimmy Jacobson (tenor), Shannon Jacobson (soprano), and Rose Kearin for this delightful event.

The concert will take place in the Main Gallery of the Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts, where guests will be surrounded by beautiful art from the new Spring 2024 exhibition, “Post-Impressionist Exploration.”

Tickets are $45 for members of the Pearl Fincher Museum or $55 for non-members, and may be purchased at pearlmfa.org or by calling the museum at (281) 376-6322.
