Spend the morning with Michele Pola at Bell Park, nourishing your body, mind and spirit during this silent meditation experience in nature. We will explore mindfulness meditation and embodiment practices to attune us to the inner and outer elements of our body. Additionally, we will connect to the beauty of nature through breath, movement, and awareness. Discover how practicing mindfulness outdoors, even in the midst of a busy city, may open our minds to joy, wonder, and the awe of the natural world.
