Bring your Zoom-equipped device outside – your yard, a nearby park, or maybe even somewhere far from home – and join us for this session of mindfulness practices that will connect you with nature. Practices will include noticing the elements of air, earth, fire and water that surround you, and gently exploring how nature interacts with your individual senses, one-by-one. No prior experience is necessary, only an openness and curiosity to be with nature.
