Brian Perez is a saxophone and woodwind performer, educator, and composer. He is Director of Jazz Studies and woodwinds at Texas Southern University. As a seasoned musician in jazz, classical and pop styles, he has toured the nation as a woodwind performer for musical theater companies, performed with orchestras and wind ensembles, given solo concert recitals and has performed across the globe with his jazz quartet. His quartet has performed nationally and internationally including in Spain, Colombia and Venezuela.
