Composing Your Life (In Person)

Discover how to awaken each morning anticipating what you are creating rather than worrying about what you fear.

Support yourself through life’s rough and unpredictable changes – career, relationships, divorce, and grief. Based on the instructor’s book The Pebble and the Canyon: Reflections on Composing Your Life, this workshop will help us discover practical ways to use our creative potential on a daily basis via guided imagery, active imagination, journaling, and other exercises. We will also learn practices to reduce stress and encourage healing.
