Labyrinths are used to quiet the mind, calm anxieties, recover balance, enhance creativity, and encourage meditation. Whether you wish to connect more deeply with yourself or seek the answer to a question that has been haunting you, a walk through the labyrinth may be the quiet you’ve needed. Join labyrinth designer and guide Jay Stailey as he leads us in this month’s exploration of mindfulness and filling the well. We will gather after the walk at nearby benches to write and share our experience.
Accessibility: Handicapped parking available. Labyrinth is wheelchair accessible with paved paths. Bring water and a hat.
This event is funded in part by the City of Houston through Houston Arts Alliance. This project is generously funded by the Houston Mayor’s Office of Cultural Affairs, and Mid-America Arts Alliance.
