What is mindfulness, and how can practicing it affect our everyday lives? Join us as we explore some of the research that’s been done on practicing mindfulness, and learn several guided practices that you can do every day, whenever you need to re-anchor yourself in the present moment. Through instruction and group discussion, we’ll uncover the benefits of taking time to be mindful, and leave with resources for establishing a regular mindfulness practice.
