In April 2018, 8th Wonder began distilling spirits across the street from the brewery. Why open a distillery? Because distillation is the natural evolution of brewing, and it allows us to further expand our creativity and passion for craft beverages.
As of today, 8th Wonder offers an 8X Distilled Vodka, a Hop-Infused Gin, a Silver Rum, a hand-selected Whiskey, and a blended bourbon called Hammer Down, with the goal to produce other spirits.
With consumers’ growing desire for locally made, quality craft spirits, we are excited to continue growing our portfolio, and we plan to introduce more barrel aged spirits in the not so distant future. The distillery room lends itself to a more intimate experience compared to the brewery taproom, where our craft spirits are served neat, mixed, or in our signature cocktails.
